Roasted, baked or mashed, the sweet potato is a Thanksgiving favorite!  The natural sweet flavor of this Superfood makes it not only nutritious but also delicious.  The sweet potato is high in Beta-Carotene and full of nutrients your body needs like Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Potassium.   Please pass the sweets!

CRANBERRY

Don’t be fooled by the size this small red berry. When it comes to nutrients a cranberry’s benefits are huge. They are full of antioxidants and are an excellent source of Vitamin C and good source of Fiber.  So if cranberry sauce is your holiday must-have, go ahead and reach for seconds.

PUMPKIN

Tis the season for pumpkin pie, soup, bread…everything! When it comes to Thanksgiving, these bright orange gourds are not just for adorning the cornucopia.  Pumpkins are a Superfood filled with anti-oxidants and beta-carotene. Anti-oxidants can help strengthen our immune system while beta-carotene converts to Vitamin A.  An added Brainfoodie bonus- pumpkin seeds are packed with healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

  1. Love your products. Do you sell small bags of the cookies? I got a few at Expo East, but they say “sample” on the back. I would love to order some for Halloween to give out to trick-or-treaters. Thanks for making a healthier snack alternative for kiddos!
